When we bought Performance Mechanical Engineering back in 2006 we knew there was room in the market for a business that had good local market knowledge and was focused solely on servicing the Greater Taupo region.

And we mean really service. What we are seeing today is there are so many machinery deals from big franchises tied up with service contracts and they work fine but are often impersonal and have their limitations. So what happens when your machinery or vehicle comes out of the service contract and you still need it to keep running reliably without having to upgrade and spend an arm and a leg? Well that’s where we come in. We are totally focused on keeping you going and offering great advice to do that effectively and reduce machinery downtime, saving you money. That doesn’t mean scrimping where the money needs to be spent. It means giving the right advice so you can decide. If it can handle waiting a bit longer for the work we will tell you that up front.
